My 1 year with Lionbridge is ending — any similar companies?

My one year with Lionbridge is coming up and today I got the email confirming that my last day is next week. So now I’m looking to see if there are any similar opportunities out there. This has been an incredibly easy way to make $10 per day over the past year and it’s too bad it has to end. I’d love to hear ideas on other similar ad rating sites.

  1. PLEASE CLICK REPORT ON THE POST FOR SPAM AND POSTS THAT BREAK THE RULES, THIS WAY THEY WILL BE REMOVED MUCH FASTER. YOUR CO-OPERATION IS VERY MUCH APPRECIATED. THANK YOU! /u/Threw_it_to_ground

  2. There are Appen, iSoftStone and Pactera that offer very similar work. You could find more by posting on r/WorkOnline, as it’s the primary subreddit for serious money making on the internet, and r/beermoney is mostly for small-time income 😉

    1. I’ve never heard of Pactera, do they hire often and how are they in terms of compared to Appen and Lionbridge?

  3. Sorry this isn’t an answer to your question, but I had one for you if you don’t mind. I just did my qualification exam for Lionbridge today. How much time per day did you have to put in to get the $10? The part about hours in the email they sent was a little short and didn’t explain too much. Any info/advice you can give is much appreciated.

    1. Probably ten minutes per day tops. It’s very easy to breeze thru the ads. You just have to remember which ones you rated favorably so there’s a correlation in the “bake off” section.

      1. I went back and looked at the email again and it says they expect you to work a minimum of 10 and would prefer 20 hours per week. How does that work if it only takes a few minutes a day to get through the ads? Also, can I ask what a “bake off” section is? Sorry for all the questions and thank you for your help so far!

        1. We must be talking about different things. I did the “rate ads for an hour a day” thing. Wound up taking about ten minutes per day, not an hour.

  4. How close to a year are you? I mean, will your last day be exactly a year? I’m at 11 months 4 days, but have not heard anything yet.
